1,000 Pound Club (updated 1-11-09)

My new weight lifting goal is to be a member of the 1,000 pound club. This means my total weight for Bench Press + Squat + Deadlift has to be equal to or greater than 1,000 pounds. I'm currently around 975 collectively . I have a long way to go with my Squats and Deadlifts.




(I know I will not get there by doing weighted pull-ups.)


Current Weight = 172
  • Current Bench = 285 (mostly trained)
  • Current Deadlift = 385 (training)
  • Current Squat = 305 (training)
  • Total = 975

Goal Weight = 175

  • Goal Bench = 300
  • Goal Deadlift = 405
  • Goal Squat = 330
  • Total = 1035

Cool video. I can't believe you can lift THAT much! good luck with future training. I know you know how not to hurt yourself .... but, be careful anyway.
