Hey Grant, good job on your lifts. Gotta say though, you're moving some big weights but you need to work on form. You need to break parallel on your squats. Get those knees out, looks like you could take a wider stance. You should look into Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. It will set you straight. Also, keep your butt on the bench! Get your butt back further on the deadlift. Your back is rounding (very bad) and your lifting too much with your back. Trust me, it will feel so much better. You'll probobly lose 100 pounds on your DL and squat once you straighten out form, but you'll be much less likely to get hurt.

I know all of these things. I try to do all of these things. perfect practices makes perfect but its a different ball game when the weight goes up.

I know I should stop if form is bad but I don't like admitting failure.
